@sofadotcom I was meant to receive my delivery last Monday which was then promptly cancelled on the day. Nobody answers your phones or replies to emails. And surprise surprise nobody has contacted me to tell me what is going on. Terrible customer service. Avoid this company!

@johnlewishelp Awful service from you today. Delivery meant to be 3-5pm for a child’s wardrobe (who is soon going to bed). Zero contact from driver, delivery now 1.5 hours late, customer service team tell me to ‘wait’. Absolutely abysmal.

@coxandcoxuk So in short, pending a miracle (someone in your team actually gives me specific info rather than nonsensical generic platitudes) I wish to have a full refund. I'm sure others will be interested to hear about where my money has been for the past fortnight

@coxandcoxuk So £1500 and two weeks later your company is unable to provide any indication of when the (in stock) item I purchased will be delivered. The only information I'm given is that (your) 'third party delivery service will be in touch soon'. Appalling - avoid

And incidentally @coxandcoxuk your website still shows the items as 'in stock' and that it takes 'up to 10 working days for delivery'. Also that 'you will be contacted within 3-5 working days, to inform you and schedule the delivery'. None of these things have happened.
