A Special Day! ❤️

Today, September 1st, marks a very special day for us. My beautiful wife, Malissa, officially finished her last day working at Cambridge College at Emory St. Joseph’s Hospital.

And just like that, today is the first day of the rest of our lives!

After nearly 30 years in education, including many years with the Technical College System of Georgia and the last nine years at Cambridge College, Malissa closes an incredible chapter. She has dedicated her career to helping students believe in themselves, find their direction, and launch careers that changed their lives.

Along the way, she earned her bachelor’s and master’s degree from Georgia Southwestern and certified in Career Development at Kennesaw State. I have watched how hard she works and how much she genuinely cares about the people she serves. I could not be more proud of her.

But don’t call this retirement! 😂

We’re not looking to retire. We’re ready to RE-FIRE!

Malissa will now be joining me on the road with Champion of Choices as I begin my final year of touring with our Farewell Tour. After all these years of traveling without her, having my wife beside me for this last journey makes it even more special.

We both believe you should always have a reason to get up in the morning, something to look forward to, someone to help, and a purpose bigger than yourself.

Now it’s our time. Time to travel together, make memories, serve God, help others, laugh a lot, love even more, and enjoy every chapter still waiting to be written.

I’m so proud of you, Malissa. ❤️

For me, Independence Day is primarily about the people.
The people who defend it. The people who save others.

Because ultimately, the people are the country.

In these uncertain times, it's important not to lose sight of that.
We are Ukraine.
Each and every one of us.
As long as we exist and we fight, we are independent.
