@mrrobertbrendan @DoctorWhoPN It’s in quite decent order, only issue is it’s a very niche property; only accessible by helicopter or boat, off grid requiring over £73,000 a year in diesel to run the place.

Originally when it was up for sale in 2020, it took 4 years and multiple price drops. It’s unfeasible.

GTA V Enhanced on PC is a big improvement over the legacy version.

However, the community agrees that it’s lack of in-game chat is the biggest mistake on your part and will be it’s demise.

First time I was a Teenager who didn’t have anyone to play GTA with, Now I’m a “proper” adult, married and playing GTA with my wife.

Funny how so much can change in 10 years yet some things stay the same!
