My therapist gave me a homework assignment to get out and go somewhere at least once a week. My husband and daughter pried me out of my cave and took me out for dinner. I'm glad they did. #depression #MentalHealthMatters

@pixiespells @goodreads Retired English teacher here. Audiobooks are just as valid as print books. People have different learning styles. Some people absorb information better visually and some are better audio learners.
