Legally speaking, the country's name already is 'Bharat'.

Article 1(1) of the Constitution provides that the country has 2 names - "India, that is Bharat". This appears identically in the Hindi text of the Constitution as well.

The President has promulgated The Tribunals Reforms (Rationalisation & Conditions of Service) Ordinance, 2021. The IPAB is abolished. All its matters to come up before the High Courts / Commercial Courts.
