@BreatheLesss Ive never had sleep apnea, but I have noticed the closer I do WHM to bed, the more likely I am to gasp for air right as I fall asleep. Also, my heart rate is usually in the 40s when I sleep, it fell to 38 before moving higher, waking me up, then moving higher into the 90s

Rolling up and out is like continuing to double down on a loser. Covered calls are a bearish strategy. If you’re holding bitcoin you’re obviously bullish. I’ve rolled up and out only to continue to lose money. The problem is this: rolling gives you the immediate satisfaction of recouping loses, but you’ve lost any movement in the price of bitcoin until your new DTE.
