@Righteous288712@SuccubaRossa Phantom Hourglass is a direct sequel to Wind Waker, featuring the same Link, and Tetra. Spirit Tracks is set somewhere within a hundred years after Phantom Hourglass, even featuring the same Niko character who's lived an incredibly long life.
@NintyPrime I agree, there were a few announcements (which is usually how it goes anyway) that really piqued my interest. Cronos was a highlight, New Octopath, Hyrule Warriors AoI, Persona 3 Reload, and Dragon Ball Sparking Zero (FINALLYYYY.)
@AesirMalos With upgrades, the expansion would be hot, but let's be real, MOST people getting the upgrade already own BotW and don't even need to pay for the upgrade or DLC. Is it lame? Absolutely, but it's not as big a deal as people make it out to be, it's a non-issue for A LOT o' people.
@AesirMalos I mean a company is a company, greed is second nature to all of them. But I find a lot of the switch 2 discussions lacks nuance or genuine critical thinking. $80 is ridiculous, no matter what, but the BotW discourse is entirely different. It's the same cartridge, continuing -
@Nintendeal I mean it's not too much better, but I appreciate the clarification, $80 is already pretty wild, $90 would just be an absolute gut punch to the fanbase
@SlLENTPRINCESS What bugs me is that, the PS4 standard still gets support to this day, and is constantly praised for its surprising amount of power. For example, Elden Ring came out for base PS4 (Yeaaah Switch 2 is gonna have Elden Ring babyyy) and it still runs and looks great!
