@DanGrazianoESPN Hey Dan - Love watching you on Get Up. If I'm Rodgers, I go to Tenn, which seems similar to Brady to TB:
1) They're a QB away: No. 1 seed, great skill position players
2) They play in a weak division
3) He'd get a Brady-to-Foxboro kind of moment: Titans play at Lambeau in '22
John Hopkins data: 21 of 22 states with current highest COVID positivity rates voted Red in '16 (IA, SD, ID, WI, WY, NE, KS, MS, AL, UT, FL, IN, MT, ND, PA, AR, AZ, TN, OK, TX, NC). The 12 states with lowest positivity went Blue (ME, MA, NY, VT, NH, CT, MD, RI, CA, NJ, HI, WA).
Strong Election Night ratings for CNN: It was the No. 1 cable news net from 8-mid in the 25-54 news demo (1.97), beating Fox News by 6% (1.86). And it wasn't even close among viewers under 50: CNN beat FNC by 33% in adults 18-49 (1.68 to 1.26) and by 98% in 18-34 (1.19 to 0.60).
Despite an expected drop, it's a big week 2 for ROSEANNE on ABC, which beat its combined CBS-NBC-Fox competition in 18-49 from 8 to 8:30. And by comparison, episode 2 drew about 50% more adults 18-49 -- and even 30% more adults 18-34 -- than Sunday's THE WALKING DEAD on AMC
Most encouraging for ABC in the good AMERICAN IDOL premiere numbers has to be the strong tune-in among younger viewers. Compared with last Monday's episode of THE VOICE on NBC, Sunday's episode of IDOL rated nearly 20% higher among viewers under 35.
A "down" year for the NFL ends with an Eagles-Patriots Super Bowl that does a higher household rating and draws about 20 million more total viewers than the meeting between these same teams in 2005.
@paulsen_smw NFL ratings down in part because they have teams in only 24 of top 30 (down from 26 two years ago), plus lame-duck Oak ratings are sagging.
