@Uber_Australia I think this is the last time I will ever order from you. Lately all I have is issues. I now have missing items from my order and somehow I am not eligible for a refund on items I never received???? Please explain. Taking money and not providing goods is theft.

@Uber_Australia can you please explain how an order that was never delivered to me is not eligible for a refund??? Your driver has not delivered the food to me and when I requested a refund I was told the order was not eligible for a refund with no explanation. This is not okay!
