Mumbai’s new 1.2 km Dindoshi-Film City flyover is officially scheduled to open by September, promising massive traffic relief for the heavily congested Western Express Highway.
​This ₹300 crore, six-lane elevated corridor marks the critical first phase of the ambitious Goregaon-Mulund Link Road project.
Running from near Dindoshi Court straight toward the gates of Film City and Sanjay Gandhi National Park, the structure features an elevated circular intersection built on a raised platform.
​Civil construction on the main structure is already fully complete, and teams are currently handling final ancillary tasks like laying the road surface, painting, and setting up traffic signals. Once active, it will dramatically cut local peak-hour bottlenecks and pave the way for a seamless east-west connection, eventually linking directly to the massive twin underground tunnels slated for 2027.
