Patients at the Daspalla CHC are suffering.Despite having a Blood Storage Unit, it has been lying empty for 2 months. Critical patients, including with Thalassemia, Sickle Cell are forced to travel 40km to the DHH.​Requesting @HFWOdisha & @CMO_Odisha to intervene immediately.
