Dear Sir Parivahan app is not working most of the time and keeps saying try after some time. Kindly look into it so that availability is better as it’s often required to show documentation to traffic police officials. In absence of which they issue challans. I think the server is overloaded or bandwidth needs enhancement. Please look into it.
@irdaindia@IndusIndGenIn Strangely transfer of insurance of my Preowned car has been refused by the insurance company’s surveyors on the ground that I am an advocate. Please clarify is that a ground under any law to reject transfer of insurance on ground that acquirer is an advocate?
@HyundaiIndia very poor service after sales!! Bought an EV on 30th April, 2026 and despite repeated requests no one coming to install charger even after BSES has installed separate EV meter as required by the man who came for survey!!
@TataMotors@TataMotors_Cars your dealer is not refunding the booking amount despite cancellation of booking! Is that ethical and as per law refund has to be made in case booking is cancelled !!
@tatamotors strange are the ways of your dealers. Wanted to buy a Tata Harrier EV ACFC AWD. Jasper in Delhi quoted X price. Informed him that finance I am arranging on my own and insurance also on my own. He refused to supply saying that he won’t be able to do it if insurance and finance is not taken from them
@VinFastIN very poor dealers you have. I called up Delhi Okhla dealer and the said someone from sales will call back. No call received for 2 hours and then I started talking to Volvo and one gentleman knowing that phone is engaged didn’t wait and when I called back he didn’t even pick up the calls shows clearly that you are interested in selling!! Stop advertising!!
How do you intend to capture market with this attitude of dealers ? Going ahead with Mahindra EV 9S. Tried calling Tata Motors people but no one was free or bothered to talk
@airtelindia@TRAI when your wifi stops working and you schedule an engineer visit, why you keep on changing the date and time on your own? Downtime of 12-24 hours is not acceptable. It should be rectified maximum in 2 hours. For electricity faults Regulator allows 3 hours and you want 12 hours? Shameful!!
Government does good development but our public spoils it in no time! Soon we will see paan stains on walls, urine smells and choked toilets !! Tax payers money is spent so to protect this investment rules for littering and spoiling the public premises must be stringent so that public investment is protected

I ordered a medicine for gastric issues and a skin ointment but I was delivered CIDMUS 50mg which is a Schdule H drug and requires a prescription. Despite repeated follow up they are not willing to refund!!
@TRAI DND app was launched with much fanfare but after 4 complaints itself it stops accepting further complaints. What is the use ? We receive 150 spam calls a day!! Keeps saying there is temporary issue with your mobile operator, try again later.. happening for last 24 hours! Obviously Airtel has asked them to lay off as they want spam calls to continue
