@nomadic_sanjee@pradeeban Exactly... When your opinions don't align with theirs, they will use that line to shut you off. They claim that you need to live here to make a political opinion.
Ironically, they forget the fact that the IMF more or less sets our budget proposal.
@AingkaranK It's fair to say you misunderstood the point altogether.
For me, the message means;
{Some people on social media who mock Sunil Hadunnethi's English can barely speak it themselves.}
BTW, the word is hypocrisy, and that's exactly what she's trying to explain.
@pradeeban@Hanuman_Banda@ggwickramasing1@Im_amila Yes, all great civilisations and religions are rooted in mythological elements. If the Greeks can have it, why can't we? Q2 is an interesting one. Perhaps we have evidence here.

@Hanuman_Banda@pradeeban@Im_amila There you go, you cracked the code. The birth of Raga music, the villan evolved into a music legend.

@pradeeban@Im_amila Machan, the legend has it that "Hanuman" built Rama's Bridge or Rama Setu. As you mentioned, Ravana had "Dadumonaraya", which was far superior in tech to the Air Force One.
@KusumW Sri Lanka is not Vietnam. GR reduced VAT from 15% to 8%, and we all saw what happened as the country descended into bankruptcy.
A more effective approach would be to reduce VAT in specific sectors and redirect the surplus to vulnerable communities to stimulate the economy.
@pradeeban@ChandimaKaru Very valid point. People are practising the exact opposite of what the Buddha taught.
Liberation cannot be attained through prayer or another being; you must walk the path yourself.
@ChandimaKaru@pradeeban Exactly. As a teacher, Buddha realised that we are conditioned to believe in a permanent "self," which causes perpetual suffering. Self-awareness is the key to liberation.
