Conclusion: If you need to invest in launches in Italy, confirm in advance that your users can navigate through @VodafoneIT and @TIM_Official networks, they currently offer the "secure network" disruption.

If you try to reach customer service, you have to go through a landline number or you get to a sales representative who can't direct us to the right specialist.

Long story short, we purchased a new emergency .net domain and quickly moved the entire platform for the launch.

We immediately tried to contact Tim's customer support to understand who manages their security lists ("they say Akamai," but even the Akamai team hasn't responded to us yet), and their support didn't respond.

We investigated and found that the two unlucky ones were, one in a hotel with Tim network and secure navigation active, and another in Lombardy also with Tim and a secure network.

We went to test yesterday, and fortunately, the entire team, even those in Italy, could access the domain except in some cases where a nice "unsecured network" screen appeared.

@UPS_IT Non che sembra impossibile far dialogare le due cose. Sullo status della spedizione è presente il pagamento avvenuto, basterebbe aggiornare anche il resto. Altrimenti inutile programmare le spedizioni in determinati giorni se poi non è possibile ritirarle
