Had a very bad experience with Thomas Cook India @tcookin. My husband & I had planned a Fusion Europe trip with them. Under their guidance we filled the VISA form. We also paid them ₹1,06,000 lakh in advance. Our VISA got cancelled and we informed Thomas Cook immediately. [1/2]

This is just not fair @amazonIN ! In a pandemic, ur encouraging customers to pre-pay & harrassing them like this. I've spoken twice to ur executives who promised me I'll get my refund by Tuesday(email). And it's Thursday today. U guys don't even hv a clue where the package is!

I had placed a cancellation & refund request with @amazonIN yesterday. They said that they have placed a request for the same with the seller - Buksmart - but even now nothing has happened! It's not even showing cancelled in the app.

Had placed an order with @amazonIN on 2 May. It was supposed to be delivered latest by 20 May! This is wat it's showing now! It was a prepaid order. There is no tracking info available, even on the @DTDC_courier website.
