@socialepfo @epfindia @Dell @NTTDATAServices @LabourMinistry My claim keeps getting rejected stsating EPS service not transferred, we keep providing letters of explanation that EPS is not applicable, but no resolution is provided, grievance portal is of no use as the only thing they do is to provide the same explanation and close tickets

@socialepfo @epfindia @Dell @NTTDATAServices @socialepfo I have opened at least 4 grievances in the past and all of them have just been closed, without providing any resolution to the issue. As posted in my screenshots above, the concerned employer has provided the explanation letter also on 2 occasions.
