900,000 SF deal happened in Bentonville, AR, today!

Steuart & Tom Walton just closed on 900K SF at the former Walmart Home Office for $73M ($81/foot). This follows a $20M purchase earlier this year of an additional two buildings totaling 239K SF.

They plan to establish a STEM-focused university, along with mixed-use development with office, hotel, multifamily, and retail components.

I've been building a custom CRM this week using Claude. It separates cold prospecting from active deals, tracks every touchpoint, detailed notes on each property, schedules "next steps". I've spent ~4 hours on it so far.
A lot more features I plan to add, but it already beats most of the paid tools I've tried.
