ऐसी घटनाएँ न केवल किसी संस्थान के रेपुटेशन पर बट्टा लगाती है बल्कि आगे चलकर आत्महत्या जैसी दुखद घटनाओं को भी जन्म देती है। मानसिक उत्पीड़न को हल्के में लेना खतरनाक है। ऐसे हर शिकायत की निष्पक्ष जाँच होनी ही चाहिए ताकि दूध का दूध और पानी का पानी हो सके।
