Would be nice practise to encourage people who are willing to take responsibility rather than discouraging them with delay.

You said free replacement is priority but new applicants getting within 10 days.
We have paid a huge amount and still away from family since 7 months even if we have a valid visa for 5 years. @JanThompsonFCO
