@elonmusk @EthanHe_42 Except a lot of us who bought with Hardware 3 feel left out without a clear path or understanding for timelines or next steps. Just simply “we’ll stop allowing transfers and you can no longer buy it after this date”. Would be nice to tell us before that date

@elonmusk Delivery inspection = damage found needing me to request a “due bill”. If I had skipped this step I would have been SOL on getting the issues resolved. 100% need to do a better job delivering new pristine condition cars. This was in 2019 so hoping it’s got better.
