The reason the “fairness in sports thing” is a successful tactical wedge is because it’s where terfs have a point.

Terfs also have a bunch of fringe and unpleasant ideas which should see them isolated, but they get a free pass because anyone sympathetic to trans rights but who thinks there could be some conflict between trans rights and womens rights in certain domains is labelled a revolting terf and never wants to speak on the issue again.
