Our #BookOfTheDay is a delightful read that will get you giggling... and cringing!

We love #NorthernSoul by @philearle, which shows that love is often found where we least expect it...

@htafc A nicer guy you could not wish for. But football is about performance and results and no matter what injuries we have had, on the pitch has been totally unacceptable.
Big appointment decision.
Hope this time, it’s a good one!

Thanks to Moore for his efforts.

We are all excited to link with @StPeters_CE Birstall as part of the #CarryMyStory project in #Kirklees. We will explore identity, family and values together and share our journey with refugees who will honour us with their special story.

@philearle My copy has arrived today at @ravenshall! #classbook

[Mr G @RavenshallSteve]

Has anybody got a copy of Watch Over Me 3, a personal safety video for schools? I am missing disc 2. #pshce #teaching #schools #kirklees

[Mayor of Kirklees 2025-26 @KirkleesMayor]

Many of our schools invite the Mayor of Kirklees to visit and to speak to pupils.
Here he is on a wonderful visit to Ravenshall School in Dewsbury. He met many of the hard working staff at the school, and lots of students to talk about local democracy and citizenship.

[Mr G @RavenshallSteve]

@philearle Looking forward to January when it arrives in school. Already chosen for our class reading text for Spring term!

[Mr G @RavenshallSteve]

Our senior ambassadors have chosen to take a lead on Road Safety, Online Safety, the School Vlog, Assemblies & one group will be following the exciting Archbishop's Award for Young Leaders which will develop their teamwork skills.

Carry My Story in Kirklees proved to be an amazing experience for everybody involved. We explored identities & our own family histories and then went on to learn about refugees & their inspiring stories. We left with a firm commitment to make the world a better and kinder place.
