@jagograhakjago I had filed a complaint with INGRAM, Consumer helpline. My grievance number is 8341830. Seems the person who reads the complaint doesn't read the whole or doesn't have patience with reading the complaints. Matter remained unsolved but closed.

TATKAL TICKET BOOKING reality: Two screenshots, booking starts at 10am, gareeb rath had 240 seats under tatkal quota.

10.01 am - "booking not started" pop-up appears. then app crashes and starts buffering.

10.04 am - app responds. now it shows status as waiting list 41.

even with a high speed internet, it's close to impossible to book tatkal ticket. no idea how agents confirm that they will get it done. how does it happen remains a mystery! 🙏
