@GoFirstairways Last week out of no choice I took GoFirst. Flight delayed. Inflight crew least bothered to serve water, had to wait 25 mins after requesting. Anniversary souvenir boxes distributed to only half the cabin. Great service #GoAlert @GoFirstairways @skytrax_uk

@makemytripcare You need to read the entire thread of my tweet. The booking was an error for which I called up immediately to get it rectified. I didn’t even want a refund. All I requested was to change the date since it’s non refundable ticket and I will anyways be coming back from Delhi
