@AnnalisaB@OctopusEnergy Yes - there was an issue with some existing cabling for our electric meter that they needed to refer on to local power board but didn’t actually follow up on that. We’ve given up now! Gas meter was replaced but will only work when electric one is done too so for now nothing works
@AnnalisaB We had to take @OctopusEnergy to the ombudsman over our smart meter installation. The lovely man who dealt with our case was genuinely incredulous at their incompetence. We got a goodwill gesture (£) but over 6 months on still no smart meter.
@DrSdeG If you ever listen to the Off Menu podcast (you should! It’s great, really funny and lots of food stuff) then you’ll hear that andouillette comes up as one food even die hard ‘I’ll eat anything’ people can’t manage 🤢
