I just had the worst water research day ever… I tried to reach out to support on many different times throughout the day and today. @PokemonGoApp @PokemonGoNews @Pokemon

You guys have no support channel. Nothing I feel like I’m talking to an AI through the app. I have not been helped at all just getting reassurance from AI that they’re going to take down my case for notes…. I would like a refund or my rewards back is that so hard..
