So I ordered multiple things from Amazon. They sent a code to confirm delivery. I get the package and a item is missing and items not gift wrapped like I paid. I call and get a rude man from India that said they can't replace the item or refund as the box met weight and won't refund me for gift wrap. Then he hung up after saying I repeated my answer I will hang up now. Is this right or customer service amazin. Does that look gift wrapped or like all my items? @amazon @awscloud

Everyone don't do gift wrap. They said they won't refund if not wrapped. If a item is missing du4ing holidays good luck. If it meets weight they don't care
