I have been waiting years to see which #residential developer will be the first to launch something like this in Paarden Eiland. Paarden Eiland is such a sought-after area when it comes to #commercial space due to its close proximity to the port as well as Cape Town. There isn’t much land left to develop in Paarden Eiland which makes the selling price of land per m2 quite high when compared to the rest of Cape Town and surrounds. Commercial rentals achieve higher rentals than that of other areas even if the buildings are a bit dated. The area has its own CID security so the streets are secure, clean and well looked after. It also has neat, wide roads for cars and trucks. Safe to say, I have always been a huge fan of the area and the classy tenants that it attracts. This #development is going to be a very exciting first for the area.
