A man who looked death in the eyes and yet is still breathing today

He survived gunshots
He carries deep cuts across his face
His body tells a story words can never fully explain

But he is still alive
Still holding on
Still a living testimony of the mercy and grace of God
While many were silenced that day
While families were shattered and dreams buried in blood

He remains here as a witness
A witness to the horror
A witness to the suffering
A witness to a truth that must not be hidden
We cannot be silent
We must keep speaking
We must keep exposing every atrocity
Every pain
Every injustice
Because these are not just stories
These are lives
These are people
These are souls crying out for justice
And even in the darkness
Even in the blood and tears
We hold on to one thing
Our help is coming
God sees
God knows
And God will not forget
So we will keep speaking
We will keep standing
We will keep believing
Until justice rises
And healing comes to our land

The solution in northern Nigeria and Plateau is to form a counter jihadi coalition with moderate Muslims and Christians to defeat Boku Haram and Islamic State in West Africa.

The solution in south Nigeria is to empower and support a Biafra state to counter Jihadists and host US military and bases.

While in Benue, I met with dozens of Christians who were driven from their homes and subjected to horrific violence and now live in IDP camps.

They told harrowing stories that will remain with me for the rest of my life.

One woman was forced to watch as they killed her husband and five children. She, and her unborn child, barely escaped.

Another woman’s family was murdered in front of her and her baby was ripped from her womb.

One man’s family was hacked to death in front of his eyes and his armed was permanently mangled.

There are more than 600,000 Christians in IDP camps in Benue State alone.

These Christians should be able to live in their ancestral homeland without fear of genocidal Fulani.

Opposition fighters in Syria, in an unprecedented move, have totally taken over numerous cities, in a highly coordinated offensive, and are now on the outskirts of Damascus, obviously preparing to make a very big move toward taking out Assad. Russia, because they are so tied up in Ukraine, and with the loss there of over 600,000 soldiers, seems incapable of stopping this literal march through Syria, a country they have protected for years. This is where former President Obama refused to honor his commitment of protecting the RED LINE IN THE SAND, and all hell broke out, with Russia stepping in. But now they are, like possibly Assad himself, being forced out, and it may actually be the best thing that can happen to them. There was never much of a benefit in Syria for Russia, other than to make Obama look really stupid. In any event, Syria is a mess, but is not our friend, & THE UNITED STATES SHOULD HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH IT. THIS IS NOT OUR FIGHT. LET IT PLAY OUT. DO NOT GET INVOLVED!
