Tour Manager / Production Manager of too many artists to mention, devout Mets fan & self proclaimed Asst. GM, Guitarist of NYC Bizarrecore band Six And Violence
@WayneinRome Smarter & better routing would be to start at Piazza Del Popolo, walk down Via Del Corso, cut over to see the Spanish Steps, then to the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiori & cross the Tiber into Trastevere; finish at Saint Peters.
Do the Colosseum & Forum separate. Meglio.
@MarkCHealey Get behind petitioning Congress to immediately repeal the Anti-Trust exemption that only Baseball enjoys; do it now before the CBA negotiations, so the real economics of the game and how it affects both MLB and the MLBPA as co-dependent partners can be clearer..
This is key.
@MikeJanela@The7Line I am suggesting a total change to the MLB regular season scheduling; should be 5 game series over the course of 6 days..
Better travel & rest for pro athletes to perform; celebrate the one time a team comes into town; see all 5 starters, someone wins the series..
Better for all!!

@The43rdcaptain@TheMafiaPoint And in the book the same doctor that fixed Michael’s jaw after it was broken by McCluskey is the doctor that repaired Lucy’s oversized vagina, and was the first to “test it out”…
@threeinningfan Brilliantly laid out, K!!
Proves my point even more about the symbiotic relationship and co-dependency the MLB & MLBPA have on each other and how both would benefit from being better partners on the business of the game…
Have to look at these teams as dependent on each other..
@threeinningfan@SubwayToShea With that in mind, they would benefit from running the business more like how the NFL does, across the board;
and for the sake of everyone, the Congress needs to tear the bandaid off & end the Anti-Trust exemption that baseball operates on; work in the same parameters of others!
@threeinningfan@SubwayToShea My hope for years now would be that the MLB & MLBPA would partner more on the business as a whole, as they are symbiotic and co-dependent on each other; these are franchises of a league of 30 teams that no matter what city they are in, they need each other to compete and succeed.
@hippojuicefilm I was his Tour/Production Manager and mixed FOH for him years ago…
Al and his band are some of the best live performers in the world; the live show then had all of us on the crew running nonstop at 120% just to get it all done, and Al’s present crew are the best of the best!!
@threeinningfan Hate to say this, but the reason they have a CBA every five years is to implement things and then see how they have worked or not; they have largely been “kicking the can down the road” on many things that are coming back to haunt them, business wise and I’m cynical they will..
@threeinningfan Not likely, but the repeal of the Anti-Trust exemption before these negotiations & the next CBA would have huge (and in my opinion needed) implications on all of the other elements of the discussions; their dependence on this exclusive way of doing their business should end.
@TheMayorMatt I watch every pitch of every game, and if I get stuck in a spot where I can’t, I then listen to Howie’s broadcast until I get in a spot to watch the game after the fact.
Diehard fan for 51 years now, first game in 1975 at Shea.
And I still judge them harshly when they deserve it.
