It’s not something that bothers me but what does is fans of other teams who are hardly innocent of any wrongdoing in history pushing for punishment when no harm has come to anyone.

Current legal precedent not only supersedes it but also renders it useless due to competitions and monopoly issues that would arise, this is why legal injunctions were put in place.
