There were plenty of negative predictions before the World Cup. Critics claimed the USA wouldn’t be able to host it successfully and that stadiums would be empty because Americans only watch baseball. Instead, the tournament has delivered packed stadiums, world-class facilities, and an incredible atmosphere. This has been one of the most successful World Cups ever, and the USA has proven itself to be a fantastic host.
