@santanderukhelp 99 percent of the time I call Santander I am on hold for a considerable amount of time... This is not my first experience of being on hold for over 45 minutes. resource issues i suspect . Today was last straw .. people should not have to wait like this under any circumstances .
@santanderukhelp This a regular occurrence. Any time I ring I experience long wait time.. heard all the excuses possible .. seems to be resource issues in your call centres.. paying for service that only frustrates callers will see people leave ...
@santanderukhelp Mortgages... Can't do what I need to do online.. apps says to call the free phone number... No one answering.. nothing new always frustrating long wait to speak to anyone via phone call. Never have this issue with Coventry building society
@SMARTYMobileUK by far the worst service provider .. I have had no end of call and internet outages since joining.. support staff read off a script lost count number of times to reboot turn off + on mobile data clean SIM try SIM in different phone etc. 5g throughput a joke
@AvantiWestCoast good afternoon . Just had to book taxi from rugby to Birmingham international as the 1452 train from cmk has been terminated at rugby. Please advise who I can bill for the taxi fare to complete the rest of my journey so I am on time for flight !!

@AvantiWestCoast So given the lack of reasonable options from Avanti , I had no choice but to bool a taxi . Why is this even a debate if Avanti will refund me taxi fare???
@AvantiWestCoast We was offered to stay on train wait till it transferred to a other line to take us to Tamworth . We was going to Birmingham international and time was not on our side. Should one now factor in delays and cancellations of service when booking a rail ticket then?

@BogistShop just received bogist c1 pro . Unable to extend the steering column after adjusting the leveling button as per instructions on page 2. It will not move one bit.. are these items checked and tested before shipping customers?
@TUIUK Just reflect the genuine price from the outset. Can't be rocket science to implement!. Totally misleading. Other operators don't appear to have this issue....
