How Healthcare Decisions Can Cost a Company $75 Million https://t.co/Y7Zejp0sHn via @YouTube
Most organizations approve millions of dollars in healthcare spending with less evidence than they require for a routine capital investment.
That should change.
This 38-second film explains why we built RMB-OS.
Most benefits advisors are still competing with spreadsheets and carrier quotes.
The next generation will win with intelligence.
Healthcare is a supply chain.
It’s time advisors started managing it that way.
We built RMB-OS for advisors who want to lead executive conversations—not just renewal meetings.
We launched RMB-OS today.

You are a sellout. Shame on you. Your day will come and the American people will see you for what you really are…a sellout. Do the simple math Senator Warren. I’ll give you nearly $6T reasons why big pharma and big insurance pay people like you to be their puppet. You are selling out the American people. God bless @SecKennedy for jumping into the fray. You and your fellow sellout colleagues should be tried for crimes against humanity. Journalistic integrity is gone. You got rid of @DrMakaryFDA and with all of the absolute corruption @SecKennedy is in your sights next. Good luck. Maybe you’ll get him and our kids can go back to eating their Frankenlunch. Congratulations…great job. Keep selling us down the river.
@SecKennedy@HHSGov It’s long overdue, but I’m afraid it lacks teeth. $2M to a large hospital amounts to a parking ticket as they continue to do business as usual.
Secretary Kennedy is a true American hero. You wouldn’t know it if you’re tuned in to main stream media. Check out this episode, and if it resonates with you, please like and subscribe. I believe Google’s algorithm may suppress videos that don’t align with their ideology. Whether you are left or right you’re being lied to. The American people deserve the facts. @RobertKennedyJr@SenRonJohnson@elonmusk@POTUS

Let’s not have this turn into Iraq 2, where the weapons of mass destruction propaganda turned out to be horseshit. Don’t feed the industrial war machine. This escalation has the beginnings of WWIII written all over it, and that will not bode well for our fellow Americans. Navigating this impossible minefield and avoiding war will speak volumes about an administration that truly is for the people. It also places you and POTUS squarely in the crosshairs of the machine. Take care and Godspeed.
Let’s feed every politician in favor of this bill nothing but produce sprayed with these pesticides and animals fed with pesticide sprayed foods. Let’s also require the citizens of the origin countries to follow suit. Furthermore, I support prosecution for any politician who sells us out. This is criminal.
Standing on the steps of the U.S. Capitol today, with some of my colleagues, I was reminded why we do what we do. Employers and employees across the country are feeling the weight of rising healthcare costs, and it’s time for real solutions that bring transparency, affordability, and access to the system.
As a representative of NABIP, I had the opportunity to meet with members of Congress to advocate for bipartisan, commonsense healthcare reforms that would make a real impact:
✅ Codifying Telehealth for High-Deductible Health Plans & Medicare – Ensuring employees and seniors can continue accessing virtual care without unnecessary financial barriers.
✅ Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) Reform – Holding PBMs accountable by requiring transparency in drug pricing, giving employers the right to see where their money is going.
✅ Site-Neutral Payments – Stopping hospitals from overcharging for the same services that cost far less in outpatient settings, reducing costs for businesses and families.
The Lower Costs, More Transparency Act (H.R. 5378) has already passed the House with overwhelming bipartisan support—now it’s time to get it across the finish line.
Big thanks to the lawmakers who took the time to hear us out. These issues aren’t partisan—they’re about making healthcare work for the people who actually pay for it.
If you’re an employer, benefits advisor, or advocate for better healthcare, I’d love to hear your thoughts. What changes do you think would make the biggest impact on healthcare costs?
Actually
4. It’s counterintuitive, but in healthcare the highest quality is often the lowest cost. We build plans that reduce employers costs and deliver $0 OOP costs to members.
7. Centers of Excellence like Surgery Center of Oklahoma delivers amazing care at a fraction of the cost of your local hospital system. They even publish the all in bundled prices for procedures on their website.
Be open to change. We spend more than any country on earth for healthcare and don’t even rank in the Top 15 for quality outcomes and life expectancy.
Our kids deserve better and history will be the judge for @SecKennedy. But one thing is FOR SURE — $0.20 of every dollar we spend is spent on healthcare. It’s time for change. God Bless @SecKennedy we need him now more than ever.
Ultra processed foods are the root cause of chronic disease. He plans to overhaul school lunch programs by moving to real whole foods.
Here are a few other things that I’m optimistic about:
1.Price Transparency Enforcement – Pushing for stronger enforcement of hospital and insurer price transparency rules, making it easier for businesses and individuals to compare costs and negotiate better rates.
2.Eliminating PBM Middlemen – Cracking down on Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) practices that inflate prescription drug costs, ensuring a more fiduciary-driven approach similar to what US-Rx Care provides.
3.Expanding Direct Primary Care (DPC) – Promoting DPC models that reduce administrative waste and give patients direct access to high-quality primary care at lower costs.
4.Encouraging Level-Funded and Self-Insured Plans – Supporting policies that make it easier for mid-to-large businesses to transition away from fully insured plans to level-funded or self-insured models, leading to significant cost savings.
5.Tackling Hospital Consolidation and Monopolies – Breaking up anti-competitive hospital systems that drive up prices and limit employer options for high-quality, cost-effective care.
6.Fighting Corporate Capture in Healthcare – Taking on conflicts of interest within regulatory agencies that allow large insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and hospital systems to profit at the expense of patients and employers.
7.Expanding Access to Independent, High-Value Providers – Promoting the use of centers of excellence and independent surgical centers that provide better outcomes at lower costs.
8.Reducing Administrative Waste in Healthcare – Cutting unnecessary bureaucracy and overhead that drives up costs, shifting more spending to patient care rather than paperwork.
9.Medicare and Medicaid Reform for Sustainability – Implementing reforms that protect taxpayers and ensure these programs provide high-quality, cost-effective care instead of being a financial drain riddled with inefficiencies.
10.Educating Employers on Better Health Plan Strategies – Using the platform of HHS to inform and empower business leaders about smarter, more cost-effective ways to structure health benefits, reducing dependence on traditional fully insured models.
