लड़ाई सिर्फ़ पेपर लीक की नहीं है, भर्ती परीक्षाओं में होने वाली तमाम गड़बड़ियों की भी है।

SSC हो, UPSC हो या रेलवे की परीक्षाएँ-
कभी remote access से सॉल्वर गैंग, कभी normalization, कभी 100 में से सिर्फ़ 20–25 सवाल पूछकर एक छात्र से 2000–2500 रुपये वसूलना, तो कभी उल्टे-पुल्टे और स्तरहीन सवाल पूछना।

इन सभी परीक्षाओं में बहुत ज़्यादा पारदर्शिता की ज़रूरत है। और यह सब DoPT के अंतर्गत आता है, जिसके मंत्री जितेंद्र सिंह जी हैं।

उन्हें भी सभी आयोगों और बोर्डों के चेयरमैन को साफ़-साफ़ बता देना चाहिए कि अब से कोई गलती नहीं होनी चाहिए। कहीं ऐसा न हो कि अगला नंबर उनका भी लग जाए।

क्योंकि देश में पिछले 10 वर्षों में जो 100 से ज़्यादा पेपर लीक हुए हैं, उनमें 80% से ज़्यादा मामले DoPT और अलग-अलग राज्य आयोगों से जुड़ी भर्ती परीक्षाओं के ही होंगे। इसके लिए अलग-अलग राज्यों की सरकारें भी उतनी ही ज़िम्मेदार हैं।

धर्मेंद्र प्रधान जी के अंतर्गत आने वाले पेपर लीक की संख्या कम है , लेकिन उनके प्रति गुस्सा ज़्यादा इसलिए है क्योंकि पूरी शिक्षा व्यवस्था खोखली हो चुकी है।

CBSE का इस बार का OSM वाला नाटक हमने देखा।
NTA का NEET पेपर लीक देखा।

इसलिए लड़ाई सिर्फ़ एक मंत्री के इस्तीफ़े तक सीमित नहीं है। लड़ाई पूरी परीक्षा और भर्ती व्यवस्था में जवाबदेही, पारदर्शिता और सुधार की है।

Caste-based reservation is the greatest evil plaguing the Education and HRD sectors today.

It has undermined merit and outlived its original purpose.
