Hit a large unseen object on the Delhi-Kolkata road. Bike went airborne, both alloy rims completely destroyed. Clear Accidental OD. Yet @ICICILombard is denying CASHLESS repair on my Zero Dep policy claiming I need a cosmetic Rim Protect addon!🤯
