If you do not settle such claims, you loose credibility in the market of motor insurance. And certainly this will be escalated if not addressed.

@TataPower I’m on call with Sushmita for the past 10 mins for a charging session booked previously but when trying to initiate it reverts an error “Connector currently in use”. Tech team unsupportive. Says my booking fee is gone. Utter harassment. What Shame!
