@BritishGasHelp just checked my online account and it shows my boiler as being 26yrs old, this is incorrect as it was fitted in 2012. I’m unable to amend myself. Can you please update as apparently the age of my boiler is being used to estimate my cover costs.

@LiverpoolDSA@LFCHelp Thanks for getting back to me…to me it just felt like the available staff, who were all stood behind the barrier, were paying no attention to the regular stream of “vulnerable” fans coming out of the lift on sticks etc. Luckily fans didn’t mind us joining the queue from the side
@LFCHelp@LiverpoolDSA I use turnstile V with my 90yr old dad who uses a stick. I’d just dropped off his walker at the accessibility drop-off and got the lift up. There was nothing in place to help those leaving the lift to then join a queue. What if the queue is down the steps?
@LFCHelp I need to transfer my Saturday ticket to someone on my friends and family who hasn’t moved their account login from the account number to email address. Is there still a link available for completing this change over?
@LFCHelp I’ve now had to take the option to sell my community shield ticket back to the club. The option just takes me through to another page when I just click ok. Is this working as designed as the ticket still appears to be there, is this because it hasn’t been sold yet?
@LFCHelp Trying to download the general admission NFC pass for Bilbao game, I’ve got a season ticket so I know that this won’t update for this game. It tries to add All Red to the order too (which I don’t need as per the correct error message). Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?

@virginmedia what’s going on with account password setups? I’ve lost access to emails since yesterday afternoon, keeps asking me to re-enter password (hasn’t changed and says it’s incorrect). I login to my account to prove it’s ok, I can’t now as it asks for backup email address
@virginmedia No I’ve been unable to receive or send emails from my blueyonder account via phone or iPad for 24hrs now. I was told I’d need to change my login / password within my email settings to a third party provider instead of existing blueyonder address and password but can’t update it
@virginmedia Hopefully you can see all the responses I’ve received today, I’m only trying to do what your colleagues have recommended. I’ve added a third party email account for validation, I’m now trying to update my settings as instructed so that I can begin to receive emails again
@virginmedia As per above I’ve been told I need to edit the email details with the account settings first, it’s not letting me do this as the gmail account has been used to validate my account. Please read the responses I’ve been sent so far today. I’m no closer to getting my email working
@virginmedia One of your previous responses said that I need to use a third party address to then use as my sign on account. But then still continuing to receive the emails sent to my blueyonder account. When I edit it doesn’t allow it as it’s been used to validate already
@virginmedia I’ve created a gmail account and used it to validate my blueyonder account. This has enabled my virgin O2 ID too. Ive tried to edit my email address so that it uses the gmail account it says I can’t because it’s being used for validation. How many additional accounts do I need?
