I made my first million by doing something that sounds completely backwards - I stopped trying to make money.
11 practises that changed my life and can change yours:
These get crazier the further you go down the list.
---------
1. The Foundation (Even If It's Ugly)
I'm not gonna sugarcoat this - it started with a completely unhealthy, unmeasurable obsession with winning. Not just wanting it - being possessed by it. The kind of hunger where nothing, and I mean NOTHING, could make me quit.
Not failure, not rejection, not setbacks, not people telling me I was crazy. There wasn't a single thing that could happen to me that would make me wake up and throw in the towel. Pure brute force energy that refused to stop.
Underneath all that was something deeper though - I wanted to be valuable, to produce, to protect my family as they got older, to have freedom. The money was just the mechanism. The fuel was an unshakeable, delusional conviction that I was going to win no matter what, where or when.
It was purely WHEN based programming, not IF based programming on my vision of "winning"

2. The Breakthrough: Killing the "No's"
We all have deeply rooted beliefs programmed into our subconscious - limiting "no's" and empowering "yes's."
Neuroscience calls this your reticular activating system - it's literally a filter that decides what's possible for you and what gets dismissed as irrelevant.
If you have enough subconscious "no's" surrounding the idea of making $5M in profit, your brain won't even register the opportunities right in front of you.
It'll feel impossible because your RAS is filtering out anything that contradicts your existing beliefs.
But here's what research on neuroplasticity shows: you can rewire this. When you consistently visualize something as already true, when you expose yourself to evidence of it being possible, when you act as if it's inevitable - you're literally creating new neural pathways.
You're flipping those "no's" to "yes's." The shift happens when enough of those beliefs change. Suddenly your brain stops filtering out the path forward. It stops seeing obstacles as dead ends and starts seeing them as puzzles to solve. The goal goes from "impossible" to "inevitable" - and that's when something fundamental shifts in how you operate.
---------
3. The Paradox: Stop Needing It
This sounds backwards but it's the most important part: the moment you NEED something, you repel it.
Think about it - when you already have something, you don't walk around desperate for it, right?
You don't stress about your next breath because breathing is guaranteed.
That's the state you need to get to with money.
Everything operates on frequency. Desperation, need, and anxiety vibrate at low frequencies - fear, scarcity, lack. Abundance, wealth, and success vibrate at high frequencies - peace, certainty, detachment.
Completely okay whether it comes or not. Not pretending - genuinely detached. No anxiety, no desperation, no "I NEED this or I'm screwed."
Because desperation makes you move wrong. It makes you take bad deals, make emotional decisions, and radiate an energy that pushes success away.
When you're detached?
When you're truly good either way?
Thats living in blissfulness.
Higher frequencies.
That's when you think clearly, move confidently, and ironically - that's when it shows up.
The gap between you and what you want closes the moment you collapse it by DETACHING.

4. The Path Illuminates As You Walk It
Stop trying to figure out the entire roadmap. You don't need to know when it'll happen, how it'll happen, or what exact steps will get you there.
Here's why: The path Illuminates as you walk it.
I REPEAT!!! The path Illuminates as you walk it.
You can't see the opportunities coming until you're in motion. You can't predict who you'll meet next week that changes everything.
You can't plan for the random piece of information that becomes the missing puzzle piece.
Me personally and where I am today.. I couldn't have mapped it out 5 years ago. It was a series of unexpected encounters, random people I met that changed my next move, ideas I stumbled into, decisions that only made sense in hindsight.
Your job isn't to have a perfect plan.
Your job is to:
- Have unshakeable conviction it's coming
- Let go of controlling exactly how
- Start walking
The rest unfolds on its own.
The right people show up.
The right information finds you.
The doors open - but only after you start moving.

5. Ask to Be Blessed
I started praying not just for guidance, but specifically asking God to bless me with wisdom, health & wealth.
Most people never directly ask God to bless them financially. They hint around it, feel guilty about it, or assume it's wrong to want it.
I asked.
Directly.
Daily.
Not from greed, but so I could be a vessel to bless others. So I knocked. And I kept knocking and today, I continue knocking, thanking, praying and asking.
---------
6. The Amazon Order Method
When you order something on Amazon, you click "buy" and then what? You go about your day.
You don't stress about whether it's actually coming.
You just... know it's on the way.
That's the exact energy you need with your goals.
I started treating my desires like Amazon orders:
- Be hyper-specific about what I want.
- Place the order mentally.
- Visualize it, declare it, ask for it
- Trust it's coming
- Forget about it and move on with my day
Just complete certainty that what I ordered is on its way, so I can focus on preparing for when it arrives.
The moment you place an Amazon order, you don't wonder IF it's coming - you wonder WHEN.
That's the shift. From "will this happen?" to "this is already done, just waiting for delivery."
Order placed. Now walk.

7. Delusional Confidence (Not Arrogance)
I've been called delusional, arrogant, narcissist.
What they're really seeing is someone who has completely rewired their internal programming - someone who has flipped every single limiting "no" into an empowering "yes."
This isn't about putting people down or thinking you're better than anyone. This is about being so deeply convicted in what's coming that external circumstances can't touch you.
Most people's beliefs get shaken constantly.
That's because their conviction isn't rooted deep enough. Their subconscious still has too many "no's" telling them it might not work out.
You need to be so grounded - so irrationally confident - that nothing can shake you. Not failure. Not criticism. Not delays. Not people telling you it's impossible.
This is where that rewired brain comes in. When your RAS is filtering FOR success instead of against it, when your subconscious beliefs are all aligned with winning - you move differently. You think differently. You ARE different.
People will call it delusion.
Good. Stay delusional. Because that "delusion" is just unshakeable conviction that hasn't been proven right yet.
And it will be.

8. Focus on What You'll DO With It, Not How to GET It
This is the cheat code most people miss entirely.
Stop obsessing over HOW you're going to make the money. Start living like you already have it.
I spent more time planning what I'd do with $5M than figuring out how to earn it:
Mapped out exact allocations (corporate structures, investments, family trusts, cash flow automations)
- Called wealth managers and set up accounts
- Researched properties I'd buy
- Planned out how I'd take care of my parents
- Decided which causes I'd support
I wasn't daydreaming. I was ACTING. Making real moves as if the money was already in my account and I just needed to deploy it.
Here's why this works: Your brain can't tell the difference between vividly imagined experience and real experience.
When you're genuinely planning allocations, talking to advisors, setting up infrastructure - your subconscious accepts it as reality.
Remember those "yes's" and "no's"?
You're programming more "yes's." You're telling your RAS: "This is real. This is happening. Illuminate the path."
Meanwhile, everyone else is stuck in "how do I get it?" mode - which keeps them focused on the LACK of it.
You're focused on HAVING it. Big difference.
T
he universe - God - reality - whatever you want to call it - has no choice but to catch up to the identity you're living as. Act like you have it. The money follows the identity.
---------
9. Be Hyperspecific
Most people are terrified to get specific.
They say vague things like "I want to be rich" or "I want a nice house" or "I want financial freedom."
Because deep down, they don't actually believe it's possible. Being vague protects their ego.
If you never specify exactly what you want, you can leave room to "want and get" more so you hold back OR you're not specific because then "failure" won't actually exist.
Vagueness is a defense mechanism.
It's your subconscious hedging its bets because those limiting "no's" are still there whispering "you can't actually have that."
Here's what you need to do instead: Get so specific it makes you uncomfortable.
Not just "a nice house" - what EXACT house?
What street?
What city?
How many bedrooms?
What does the kitchen look like?
What color are the walls?
What does it smell like when you walk in?
What does the backyard look like?
What cars are in the driveway?
Not just "I want to be wealthy" - what exact number?
In what accounts?
Which banks?
What investments?
What allocation percentages?
What credit cards are in your wallet?
What watch are you wearing?
The specificity forces your brain to accept it as REAL.
Vague goals stay in fantasy land. Specific goals become targets your RAS can actually lock onto and pursue.
"But what if I want something bigger later?"
Then you'll get that too. But you can't skip steps.
Get hyperspecific about the first milestone.
Achieve it. Then get specific about the next one.
Specificity = Clarity = Belief = Reality
Make it so detailed it almost hurts to imagine. That's when you know it's real enough for your subconscious to chase.
---------
10. The Physical World is Just a Reaction
Here's something most people never grasp:
Everything you see in the physical world - every car, building, phone, business - started as a thought in someone's mind first.
Newton's Third Law: For every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction.
The physical realm we live in IS the reaction.
The action happens in the mind.
Your current reality is just the materialization of past thoughts, beliefs, and actions. You can't change a reaction with another reaction - you can't fix your bank account by just staring at it or complaining about it.
You need to go back to the SOURCE: your thoughts.
Neuroscience backs this up. Your thoughts create neural pathways. Those pathways influence your beliefs. Your beliefs drive your actions. Your actions create your results. It's a chain reaction that starts in your mind.
As above, so below. As within, so without." - Hermetic principle
The external world is a mirror of your internal world.
What you see "out there" is a reflection of what's "in here." You're not trying to change the reflection in the mirror by touching the glass - you change what's standing in front of it.
Everything is energy first, matter second.
Thoughts are energy. When you hold a thought with enough conviction, clarity, and emotion, it HAS to manifest into physical form.
That's universal law.
The mental plane creates the physical plane.
Always has, always will.
If you want different results, stop trying to manipulate the 3D world. Go back to the source - your mind - and shift it there first.
The physical reality has no choice but to follow.
---------
11. The Identity Shift
Losing weight, getting rich, building a business - it's all the same mechanism. You have to BECOME that person in your mind first. The identity always comes before the result.
Dr. Maltz shows that self-image (how you see yourself) determines your performance and results.
Read the book Psycho-Cybernetics - he shows that people operate like guided missiles - you hit the target that matches your internal self-image, not your wishes.
If you see yourself as "someone trying to lose weight," you'll always be trying. If you see yourself as "an athlete," your brain automatically makes decisions that athletes make. The identity drives the behavior unconsciously.
Your RAS filters reality based on your identity. If you identify as broke, you won't even see opportunities for wealth - they're filtered out as "not for me."
"Assume the feeling of your wish fulfilled." Live in the end. Be the person who already has it NOW, and the 3D reality reshapes itself to match.
"All is mind, the universe is mental."
Your current identity creates your current reality.
Change the identity, and reality must follow.
Read the Kabbalah as well.
You don't "work toward" being fit - you ARE fit, and your body is just catching up.
You don't "try to get rich" - you ARE wealthy, and time is aligning the physical proof.
This isn't pretending.
This is reprogramming your operating system at the identity level.
When you become it mentally first - when you're delusional enough to live as that person NOW - time has no choice but to catch up.
