HARASSMENT : I placed an order on @MyNykaa on 3 July with next day delivery promised. The delivery executive from @shadowfax_in called once but didn't respond when I answered then falsely marked me as "not contactable" and things got worse from here. Continued in thread ⬇️

It's been 8 days of this harassment. Despite the platinum membership promising premium customer service, I have received nothing

However I was notified the next day that the order is out for delivery but when it didn't come till 9:30pm i called Nykaa again and they gave me the same TAT
