@MyNykaa This is Pathetic. The delivery agent never made any attempt to deliver the package, and I have raised this issue multiple times already. Despite that, the status continues to be updated as "delivery agent could not reach the customer," which is completely false.

Ordered a wallet from Nykaa. The shipment reached my local area earlier today, but at 9:00 PM the Delhivery delivery agent gave a single-ring call, disconnected immediately, and then marked the order as "Recipient Unavailable.

@delhivery@nykaa This is not an one time issue. This happens repeatedly from this hosur branch. Just check at feedbacks, not sure why no actions so far from @delhivery
@delhivery I was available the entire time and never had a chance to answer. This is not a genuine delivery attempt.
Has anyone else experienced this with Delhivery? Requesting @Nykaa and @Delhivery to look into such practices and ensure delivery statuses reflect actual attempts.
