@GoKiwiNow@pnbindia, I completed the entire PNB credit card process on Kiwi including income details, bank statement, ITR & Aadhaar verification. At the final OTP step, the app showed “Something went wrong”. Now re-apply/apply option is missing, despite PNB checking my CIBIL.
@AJIOLife charging ₹149 “Platform Fee” + separate convenience charges even on prepaid orders is ridiculous.
Customers already pay for products, delivery & taxes — then non-refundable checkout fees too?
Feels less like convenience and more like a dark pattern to boost profits.
