PDP at the national level might be going through difficult times and I must commend the leaders and stakeholders working day and night to ensure that the party becomes stable. However, PDP in Kwara and some other states are so strong and battle ready to match the ruling.

The late Alhaji Aminu Dantata was a good man. He meant a lot to me, and to many others whose lives he touched in meaningful and lasting ways.

This morning, I travelled to Kano to pay my respects and spend time with his family.

May Almighty Allah (SWT) continue to comfort and strengthen Baba’s loved ones, and grant him a place amongst the righteous in Aljannah Firdaus. Ameen.

He will be dearly missed.

A few days ago, I had the pleasure of hosting the @OfficialPDPNig North Central Chairmen and the PDP FCT Working Committee for Iftar at my home in Abuja. The delegation was led by Hon. Theophilus Dakas Shan, National Vice Chairman (North Central), and Hon. Ismaila Dogara, the FCT PDP Chairman.

We had a full house at my residence last night, as I welcomed Kwarans in Abuja, and young people from across the country to join me for Iftar.

It is always refreshing to engage in meaningful conversations about everything -- while listening to people discuss their heartfelt hopes and plans for the future.
