This provided an opportunity to assess Kenya’s preparedness and driving strategies to harness and leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI). Tourism sector, heavily relies on AI ~ ranging from hyper-personalized visitor experiences and smart destination marketing to predictive data that enhances our wildlife conservation.
We are keen on aligning our policy and programmatic interventions to ensure AI serves our current and future national interests, unlocking new frontiers for growth, innovation, and sustainable tourism.

Consistency, persistence and resilience are all tied up at the groin for better results which was the exact mood in Stakeholders dinner organized by State Department of Tourism and KTB. It a great insight to strategic approach towards increasing number of visitors to Kenya
Today, I had the pleasure of meeting with our Heads of Department to review our progress, assess ongoing programmes, and align on the priorities that will drive the growth and competitiveness of Kenya’s tourism sector.
It was an open and productive engagement that gave us the opportunity to reflect on what is working well, identify the areas that need improvement, and, most importantly, find practical solutions together. I am encouraged by the commitment and dedication of our team as we continue working towards a stronger, more vibrant tourism sector that delivers for all Kenyans.
Together, we will keep building a tourism industry that is innovative, competitive, and globally outstanding #MagicalKenya

Today, I had the pleasure of hosting a strategic meeting with the leadership of the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC), including President & CEO Gloria Guevara and Executive Vice President Hon. @tunajibu who has previously served our nation with great distinction as Minister for Tourism.
A key highlight of our session was an eye-opening presentation shared by the WTTC, which mapped out Kenya’s commanding position within the African continent and underscored how we stack up against our toughest competitors worldwide.
To turn these insights into action, we are strengthening our ongoing partnership with the WTTC. By aligning our rich wildlife, cultural heritage, and MICE capacity with WTTC’s global private-sector network, we are opening doors for new investments, safeguarding our biodiversity, and firmly positioning our beautiful country as the ultimate choice for global travelers.
Magical Kenya remains a powerhouse destination, exceptionally positioned to be the world’s preferred global destination 🇰🇪!

This evening, i welcomed the Slovak Foreign Affairs Minister H.E. Juraj Blanar and his delegation on behalf of the Prime Cabinet Secretary H.E @MusaliaMudavadi.
We had an opportunity to discuss Kenya-Slovakia cooperation on different mutual issues . Beyond our strong roots in tech and health, we explored strategic pathways to elevate tourism exchanges, promote joint wildlife conservation strategies, and welcome more Slovak visitors to experience the beauty of @magicalkenya 🇰🇪🤝🇸🇰

Collaborative exchange programs and specialized training frameworks with Slovakia will significantly build capacity, ensuring our hospitality sector meets top international standards for a stronger economy.

Ntungamo district seals our sixth week since we began our campaign trail. It’s been a journey of agony given what just happened yesterday at Bwizibwera. But we know that is the ultimate price we have to incur for us to achieve freedom.
Our message to the people of Ntungamo district has centered around unity. We will not at any point accept to be divided by the oppressor. Our strength will only be witnessed by our unity.
