To define something, to label it with a word, is an act of discrimination.
“It” is something that is distinct from other things. Discrimination is the identification of differences, and this is done because it is useful.
Red and green are different. Discriminating these is fundamental to the safe and orderly flow of automobile traffic. You get the idea.
If someone tells you “discrimination” is a bad thing, they are seriously confused.
It’s essential.
God wouldn’t exist without it. Neither would atheists.
If you encounter someone that earnestly wants to help you, keep in mind they might be imagining you have a problem that doesn't even exist.
Their "help" is just a way for them to achieve a sense of performative value and moral dominance. A substitute for a deeper purpose.
