That's my view.

Getting it in place always was a longshot -- I'm not sure USPS could enforce a single uniform ballot even if it was possible to design and manufacture it in time to be used.

But it is now going to be a campaign issue -- why do Democrats, led by the DNC, Schumer and Jeffries as individual defendants, oppose a regulation that says nothing more than the USPS will only deliver ballots of citizens?

It is a very simple campaign issue to digest, and you follow it with a line asking

"What might they do if you hand them back the power of Congress?"

BREAKING: Police raided the apartment of Ilhan Omar’s son in Minneapolis and seized firearms and ammunition.

Police arrested Omar’s son’s roommate, 22-year-old Abdulrahman Abdi.

Earlier that day, the city’s police department said officers conducted a traffic stop and cited Abdi for having no proof of insurance and no driver’s license. Abdi was released at the scene, and the vehicle was being impounded when a firearm was found inside.

Officers later tracked Abdi to an address, where they arrested him “without incident.”

I wonder if SCOTUS finds it suspicious at all that 23 States are filing a motion for a TRO / PI in one single District Court in MA. I assume, under current SCOTUS precedent that if she issues a TRO or PI, that is only good in the District she oversees. I also assume that she did not follow Rule 23 as it applies to Class Actions when she issues her TRO ruling today.
