@Joe_Saz @cz_binance You can thank TradingView for that. If it's not on the order books then it doesn't matter. I've seen S&P "wick" to under 1000 and then disappear. This is platform issues, not the exchanges.

The city will never evolve it’s transportation innovation by introducing limiting policies such as this suggestion.
