booked 2 @Hilton rooms for Super Bowl weekend at $288/night. Confirmed. No issues.

Hilton silently canceled my reservation with no notice.

They now want $1,099/night for the same rooms.

They blame a “glitch.”

This is bait-and-switch. Not hospitality.

I sure hope so. When you let 1 abuse the system, it turns parasitic and everyone does. There is no way the tiny dog she was carrying was a service animal. None of us have an issue with those with a legitimate need, but I can tell you your entire A boarding group had an issue.
