@Malalephendukaa@LandNoli Why was he invited there, surely he could not have imposed himself - u retards just hate on Julius aimlessly and want to call others names
@leroythapelo3@SlayingGoliath@Sentletse@kcchabangu@VirgoZee1 BS, the npa decided not to prosecute the white while the same npa went ahead with the case of the black guy - which part of that is confusing to u guys? It's got nothing to do with the lawyers arguement or capabilities - it should not have gotten there like it neva did the yt guy
In 2004, former Springbok player Rudi ‘Vleis’ Visagie shot and killed his daughter after mistaking her for a car thief. The NPA decided not to prosecute him “on humanitarian grounds” because he had suffered enough by losing his daughter.
But in 2017, a construction worker Sibusiso Tshabalala who shot and killed his son after mistaking him for a car hijacker, was arrested, charged with murder, convicted and handed a 10 year suspended sentence.
The NPA felt sorry for the white man, who is wealthy and privileged, but not for the poor black man in a similar situation. Our law still sees colour like it did during apartheid.

The Mbenenge Tribunal is not about private texts. It’s about disciplining a judge who disrupted global and local power. Here’s why the Shell judgment shook the system — and why the liberal machinery is coming for him. 🛑⚖️
2/
In 2022, Judge President Selby Mbenenge and Judge Gerald Bloem stopped Shell’s seismic blasting off the Wild Coast. Shell ignored Indigenous, Black, and coastal communities whose ocean rights, livelihoods, and spiritual ties were at risk. 🌊🏞️
3/
The court exposed Shell’s environmental plan as inadequate, upheld Section 24 of the Constitution, and affirmed that environmental and cultural rights belong to the people — not to corporate profit. 💥
4/
Who was blocked?
🌍 Shell and global fossil fuel investors
💸 Multinational energy contractors
🇿🇦 SA’s Department of Mineral Resources (Mantashe)
⚡ Local political elites and BEE-linked businesses
🏭 Business lobbies hungry for extraction profits
5/
This was a direct challenge to extractive power. It forced recognition that Black, Indigenous, and rural communities are not irrelevant. Their rights carry legal weight strong enough to stall billion-dollar projects. 🚨
6/
That made Mbenenge a problem. Liberal elites, who perform rights language while protecting extractive capital, were angered. Fossil fuel lobbies were furious. Political networks were exposed. Media channels turned their focus on him. 🎭
7/
The Mbenenge Tribunal is being framed around WhatsApp messages, but underneath, it is a move to discipline a judicial figure who stood with decolonial struggle — and showed that the law can still defend the marginalised. ✊🏿📜
8/
The ground has shifted. Multipolarity is reshaping the world, and the old liberal machinery no longer controls the script. That’s what’s shaking power now.
Watch this space. 🕊️🌍

@Nicolo668063258@LandNoli BS - the meeting was likely talking about coalayltion, how was he going to know what is and what is not.
That brigade was led by that Pityane guy, ur hatred for Malema is turning u into an idiot.
@Nicolo668063258@LandNoli What exactly did malema gain out of that meeting - being part of the meeting and likely having rejected what was offered there.
The Office of the Public Protector has lost value since Advocate Kholeka Gcaleka took over.
It is actually a Chapter 9 institution that is used to sanitise corruption.
Whenever it is announced that the “Public Protector” is investigating something related to the ANC I worry. It means such a precious institutions report will be waved in our faces to cover up criminality.
The credibility of the Public Protector is worth the same credibility of the ANC’s Integrity Commission.
It is led by a former Youth Leaguer desperate for approval from Luthuli House at the expense of justice.
She must just keep her report on Mchunu we don’t want it.
I can’t believe I am in a point where I need to swallow my pride and acknowledge that, former President Jacob Zuma was the best thing to ever happen in South Africa as the President 😭😭.
Jacob Zuma never brought division, allowed foreigners to invade our Nation except for the Guptas whom he found on the ground already. Jacob Zuma kept our internal relations intact! He is surely the best President we’ve ever had! I miss the former President Jacob Zuma era.
If General Mkhwanazi has to produce proof, it must not be in the chambers of Mandisa Maya but in public.🤞
We are tired of these people deciding for us who's corrupt and who is not.
Apparently “Cat” Matlala is a business partner to a Morgan Maumela, and both were flagged at Tembisa Hospital in a tender scandal
Morgan Maumela is the Son of Basil Mudau, whose the brother of Hope Ramaphosa (Maiden name - Mudau), Cyril Ramaphosa’s ex wife
This is a cartel 🙇🏽
The fact that Lucky Montana provided Evidence in Bank Statements, Annexures, Contracts and Documents to Judge Zondo including revealing corruption by Paul O'Sullivan and He was met with silence from Zondo. That's how Corrupt SA Judiciary System is. Too Bad
