@SingaporeAir Hi, They tried to rebook flights canceled by airline for 17 days. I can’t explain how bad the service has been. Zurich office for 10 days - hung up on after 2 hrs of music TEN times. 4 international calls to get new flights. Upgraded, then flights moved to wait list. Bad service

I created a graph crossing 2 diff dispositions & track Ss each day. There is no negative quadrant, all equally valued. Student thinking, reflections, trends, & conversations are what is important - not assessment. This crosses perseverance across individual/group collaboration.
